DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and sale days) to process your order. 

Processing + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

Standard Shipping Time = 3-5 business days 

Standard Shipping Cost: $6.99

Expedited Shipping Time = 2 days 

Expedited Shipping Cost = $25.00

Please provide a safe address to deliver your package. If you would like signature on delivery at no extra cost email a request to sunkaradesigns@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL 

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery for International Packages. Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Standard international Shipping cost= $17.99 (+ $1.00 for any additional item)

LOST & STOLEN

Lost packages are the responsibility of Sunkara Designs. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer. A lost package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.

Stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. A stolen package is a package that was successfully delivered to the customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the customer. Sunkara Designs is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a prompt email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is extremely important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sunkara Designs. We feel so grateful to be able to create and sell products that we love and share our passion with our customers. Because of this commitment, we offer exchanges and returns within 21 days of your purchased date. Exchanges will be credited as store credit and original shipping charges are non-refundable. The credit will not expire and is transferable. To be eligible for an exchange, product must be in original condition. To be eligible for a full refund to your card you will need to show that there was something wrong with the product via pictures. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Simply email Sunkara notifying us if you are requesting a full refund or if you would like to exchange your product for another one. Please email us at sunkaradesigns@gmail.com for information for return.

Include the reason for your exchange or return, as well as your name, address, email, phone number and a picture if the product was defective. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Be sure to get a delivery confirmation. We cannot process your exchange or return if we do not receive your package. 

FINAL SALE

All festival, event and clearance items are final sale. 

CANCEL ORDER

Should you wish to "cancel" a recently placed order, please send us an immediate email, and we will happily stop your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to providing an incorrect address. All orders that are returned to Sunkara Designs due to incorrect information supplied by the customer will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.
